  1. I was at Taco Bell in Jefferson City,TN. I was at the drive-in and they were very nice and polite.

  2. 08/01/2017
I ordered by phone a large pepperoni & sauerkraut and when I went to pick up my pizza it was all pepperoni and I told them the order was wrong and they said that they quit serving sauerkraut at that location and I asked if all of the Pizza Hut stores quit and they didn’t know just that they quit.
I asked why didn’t they call me before they started preparation and they assumed I would take all pepperoni.
I asked if there was a discount and they said no as it was on sale, which it was at $7.99 for a 2 topping.
There should be better communication between your phone service and your stores. to let customers know
if you are not using certain products on your Pizza’s.

  3. your prices are too high. I paid $14.49 for a large pepperoni pizza, last night Nov.12 2017. I was very surprised at the price..other pizza establishments in the area are MUCH lower… $6.99 $7.99 etc//// please try to be more competitive..
