GRAND PRIZE (one [1] will be awarded): The Grand Prize shall consist of a trip (“Trip”) for Grand Prize winner and one (1) travel companion (“Guest”) to Los Angeles, CA (“LA”) during the dates of 5/24/10-5/26/10 for the premiere and after-party of the Picture (“Event”). The Trip includes the following: (i) roundtrip (“R/T”) economy class airfare for two (2) from the major U.S. or Canadian gateway airport nearest the winner’s hometown to LA, (ii) two (2) consecutive nights hotel accommodations (standard room, double occupancy) at a LA area hotel (“Hotel”), (iii) a $250 USD (approximately $250.65 CAD) American Express Gift Card (subject to all terms and conditions at www.americanexpress.com and (iv) R/T ground transfers between Hotel and Event.The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize is $2,000 USD (approximately $2,005.38 CAD).
RUNNER-UP PRIZE (Twenty [20] will be awarded): Each Runner-Up Prize consists of one (1) Infant Sorrow T-shirt (specific size and style at the sole discretion of the Sponsor), poster and soundtrack CD. The ARV of each First Prize is $40.00 USD (approximately $40.11 CAD).
